City Vision College is the accredited Internet-based distance learning program of TechMission. Its mission is to provide practical online education to those involved in urban ministry.
The original curriculum for the college was developed in 1990 as a joint Urban Ministry degree program offered by Grace University in Omaha, NE and the Association of Gospel Rescue Missions. The AGRM, founded in 1913, is an association of over 300 ministries that help the homeless, addicted and needy in cities throughout North America.

We are a Reformed Christian seminary that seeks to educate the body of Christ completely free of charge. Our ministry will enable Christians to get a seminary level education without going into debt (Rom 13:8). This allows our graduates to focus on God’s call in their lives instead of how they can best pay off their seminary debt. Not only will this help our students by keeping them out of debt, it will also help small churches retain educated pastors without having to pay a large salary to offset their seminary education debt.

More than 20 years ago God called me to help relieve people’s suffering and to assist people on their life’s journey toward fulfillment and growth. I followed His call by returning to college after serving 10 years in the military to complete my Masters degree in counseling psychology and later earning a Doctorate from Cornerstone University. I put my education and training to use by working as a counselor in community mental health agencies.
